Chathura Dissanayake
Founder – Director
With a passion for both caregiving and education, Chad has had the privilege of training over 800 students in the care industry working as a trainer and assessor for aged care disability and community services. Chad’s journey began as a care worker, providing him with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the field. Chad has equipped aspiring caregivers with essential skills and knowledge to give the best possible care industry. He is a mentor for hundreds of students in Tasmania and Victoria.
Beyond the care sector, Chad holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and Finance (Deakin university, Melbourne), along with a Bachelors of Science(Management) University of Dublin, Ireland, which have enhanced his strategic thinking. As Founder/Director, Chad is committed to fostering excellence and innovation in the aged care, disability, and community services sectors, ensuring top-quality care for those in need.
