Welcome to CHAD Care Services, where professionalism, compassion, and excellence converge.
I’m Chathura Dissanayake, Many knows me as Chad. With over three years of experience in the care industry as a trainer in aged care, disability, and community services, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge with hundreds of care professionals right here in Tasmania.
We understand that every individual is unique, with their own needs, desires, and dreams. Our person-centred approach ensures that each participant receives the care and attention they deserve, not just physically but emotionally as well.
We are driven by a simple yet powerful mission – to ensure that the clients receive the highest quality of care possible.

I would like to recommend Chad Care Services for disability or aged care. We visited Tasmania recently and Chad helped my family to have a great holiday. He not only provided a support worker for my son, but went out of his way to make us feel like family not just clients. He provided his own time free of charge, coming to welcome us and check up on us, and even take us out to dinner. He is such a generous and caring guy and the focus is on true care and not on money.

I am very excited to recommend Chad Care Services. I have found them to be professional, genuinely caring, and testify that they really do go above and beyond!
Our 2 teenagers are excited to engage, and actually look forward to their appointments. As their representative I feel listened to and feel that I have mutual respect with the staff.
The kids are growing in their confidence because someone believes in them and is working to see them succeed and grow!
When we have needed to change our plans they have been very flexible and accommodating. It’s like dealing with friends rather than an organization.
We have had the pleasure of meeting and socializing with many within the Chad Care Service family. They are ALL really lovely people!
