CHAD Care Services is a small Tasmanian-owned support service company. With five years of experience in the care industry as a senior trainer in aged care, disability, and community services, our founder started this business out of passion for the community. He has taught more than 1,400 support and social workers.
Due to the smaller scale of our company, we are able to take more intentional time to look into each participant’s plan and provide higher quality care. At CHAD Care services, we believe that connection is essential to giving the best support. Our careers are not just support workers; But they are more like friends, sharing in the things you love to do. Our support workers are qualified and trained in-house, and most importantly, they are passionate about what they do.
