Personal Experience

Chad is a mentor for hundreds student in Tasmanian and Victoria. He has had the privilege of training 1400 students in the care industry working as a Senior Trainer and assessor for aged care, disability, and community service. Chad began his career as a Care Worker, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the sector. He used his experience and deep understanding of the field to teach and train students to develop their own skills and apply their knowledge with confidence.

He started the organisation because of his passion for the community and his commitment to creating a positive impact in the lives of those in need.

Qualifications

Chad holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and Finance from Deakin University Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Dublin, Ireland, qualifications that have strengthened his strategic and analytical approach to leadership. He also studied Diploma of Community services, Certificate IV In Ageing Support, and Certificate III in Individual support. As the Founder and Director of CHAD Care Services, he is dedicated to driving excellence and innovation across the aged care, disability, and community services sectors, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care for all clients.

Experience & Skills

Chad’s commitment to the community has been widely recognised. In Tasmanian Disability Awards 2025, he was honoured with the Community Hero of the Year Award, acknowledging his outstanding contributions to aged care, disability, and community services. Through his dedication to improving the lives of others, mentoring countless students, and championing innovation and excellence in care, Chad has made a lasting impact on communities across Tasmania.

In 2020, he was also nominated for the Best International Student of Victoria Award in recognition of his exceptional academic performance—achieving nine High Distinctions with an average above 80 in his Master’s program at Deakin University—alongside his extensive volunteering and professional contributions.
