What areas do you service?
We provide services in Hobart and selected areas of Launceston and Devonport in Tasmania. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your location.
Are your support workers qualified and experienced?
Yes! All our support workers are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and hold relevant qualifications. They undergo background checks, regular supervision, and ongoing training in areas such as person-centered care, first aid, manual handling, and behavior support to ensure the highest quality of care.
Can I choose my own support worker?
Absolutely! We believe in building trusting relationships, so we work with you to match you with support workers who suit your personality, preferences, and needs. Where possible, we provide consistent support workers so you can build familiarity and comfort over time.
How flexible are your services?
Very flexible! We understand that life doesn’t always follow a schedule. We offer support arrangements that can adapt to changes in your routine, appointments, or personal circumstances. Whether you need regular support at set times or more flexible scheduling, we work with you to create a plan that fits your life.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my support?
We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We’ll work with you to find an alternative time that suits you. Our team is here to be flexible and accommodating to your changing needs.
How much do your services cost?
Our services are funded through the NDIS, which means costs are covered by your NDIS plan based on your approved funding. During your free consultation, we’ll provide you with a clear quote and help you understand how your NDIS funding works, ensuring there are no surprises.
